These terms govern your use of the Simam AI Strategy Consultant (the "Service"), operated by Simam Digital, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14105316, with registered office at 2 Windhill Road, Wakefield, England, WF1 4BG. By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service provides strategic planning tools for business, digital, and AI transformation: regional market intelligence, ROI and readiness calculators, an AI framework explorer, architecture blueprint generation, topic modelling, and an AI consultant interface.
AI features require you to supply your own Google Gemini API key. You are responsible for obtaining that key, for complying with Google's terms, and for all charges Google bills to your account. We do not resell, meter, or subsidise model usage, and we have no access to your key — it is stored only in your browser.
This clause is important. Output produced by the Service — roadmaps, architecture blueprints, ROI projections, readiness scores, topic analyses, market figures and consultant responses — is generated or illustrative material for planning purposes only. It is not:
Large language models can produce confident but incorrect statements. Regional market figures, grant programmes, and regulatory references shown in the Service are indicative and may be out of date. Verify anything material before acting on it. You remain solely responsible for your business decisions.

You may use the Service as a guest or sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
The Service, its interface, datasets, and compiled regional intelligence are owned by Simam Digital and protected by copyright. You retain ownership of the content you submit. Subject to these terms, you may use output generated from your own inputs for your internal business purposes.
Third-party frameworks referenced in the Service (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, LlamaIndex and others) are the property of their respective owners. Reference to them does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify or discontinue features at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simam Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the Service — including decisions made in reliance on AI-generated output. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months or GBP 100.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Service integrates Google Firebase and the Google Gemini API, and aggregates publicly available RSS content from third-party publishers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of those third-party services. Headlines and summaries remain the property of their publishers.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
